TUKWILA, WA— (submission to goalWA.net) An NWAC Western Division Title, a first-‐round playoff bye as well as home field advantage. These were the benefits that were on the line when Tacoma travelled north to face their fierce rival Highline. The ‘Birds knew that a win would clinch the title on the spot, while Tacoma knew a win was the only way to put them in control of their fate. The warm-‐ups for both teams was a sight behold, while there were a few scattered shouts or words of encouragement, it was for the most part deathly silent across the field. Neither player nor coach needed to be told what was on the line. As the players came in for a final word from their bosses the anticipation truly began to build as fans entered the stadium, all awaiting kick off. This game promised to be a marquee game, with subplots and entertainment to spare, and it didn’t disappoint.

Highline edges Bellevue in match that felt just like the old days
TUKWILA, WA — (submission to goalWA.net) Years ago, there was one rivalry that loomed largest in the NWAC, Highline versus Bellevue. Bellevue had been the premier soccer team in the conference, winning numerous championship titles and reloading with talent year after year. Highline were the new boys on the block, but then coach Jason Prenovost was a tireless recruiter, consistently nabbing the top talent in the Seattle area in order to compete with their fiercest conference rival. The faces may have changed now, but the passion that exists when these two schools play against each other still exists today.

Dear Ramblers members and guests
I welcome all members and guests to our Annual General Meeting tonight.
I need to apologise as according to our constitution an AGM should be held three months after the financial year-end, which was on 31 December; unfortunately it was not possible. I would like to take the opportunity to review the year 2014.
